NAB 2013 followup: Excellent interview with Rodney Charters, ASC

This is an excellent interview with Rodney Charters, ASC, from our good friends at NextWaveDV from NAB 2013.

For those of you who may not remember, Rodney was shooting the TV show “24″ and was using HDSRs for some experimentation on that and got very active in the HDSLR revolution. Since then, Rodney has moved onto the bigger cameras and is currently shooting the TV show “Dallas”.

I’ve had the pleasure of sitting down and chatting with Rodney on several occasions, and it really is quite a fascinating opportunity if you ever get one.

If you watch at about 19 minutes and 30 seconds, you’ll see Rodney’s thoughts on the 4K video movement which I’m sure you’ll find very interesting.
