Pentax K-3 Full Frame Camera Coming This Week?

This is a brief excerpt from PhotographyBay

Recent rumors suggest that Pentax’s full frame K-3 DSLR may arrive this week on March 27. This comes after a photographer testing the new K-3 posted his early report on his Google+ profile, comparing the quality to cameras like the Nikon D800 and D4 or the Canon 5D Mark III and 1D X.

According to specs being tossed around, the Pentax K-3 will feature a 24MP full frame sensor and a max sensitivity up to ISO 102,400. The early report noted above says that noise “only starts showing up visibly at around ISO 6400.”

Pentax DSLRs are something I get regular emails about from readers, so I know there are fans out there just waiting to get their hands on a camera like the Pentax K-3.

It has been rumored for quite a while now, including confirmation last year that Pentax was working on such a camera.

What other features are on your wish lists for Pentax’s new full frame shooter?
