IBE Optics Announces New 26mm f1.4 Lens for Micro Four Thirds

This is a brief excerpt from thePhoBlographer

Earlier today, we reported on IBE working with Kenko on a new lens. Now according to 43Rumors, the company is announcing a newer one: the 26mm f.4. Most of the information is in German and seemingly written in Engrish, but apparently there will be low distortion. According to this PDF, the imaging circle is 22mm, there ate 9 elements in 7 groups, and they’re also apparently targeting it to near infrared applications according to what Google Translate is telling us.

When we get more info, we’ll update this post.
